We are conveniently located off of I-380 and Penn Street in the northwest area of North Liberty, Iowa.

 

We are a community of 76 residences.  You'll have quick access to Cedar Rapids or Iowa City while being able to enjoy the many amenities of a small town. We have new schools, plenty of parks and lakes, bike trails, and a community center which includes a library, indoor and outdoor pools and a recreation center. There are plenty of restaurants and convenient grocery stores.
